'Obama in Moneygall' painting by Michael Hanrahan presented to President of the U.S.-Ireland alliance Trina Vargo in Dublin.
Two paintings commemorating Barrack Obama's visit to Ireland last year were commissioned by the U.S-Irelandalliance from Washington.  The first was presented to U.S Ambassador Dan Rooney in Dublin and gifted to Barrack and Michelle Obama and was delivered to The White House, in Washington.  The second one 'Obama in Moneygall' was presented to President of the Alliance Trina Vargo and will be auctioned with the proceeds going to The Senator George Mitchell Scholarship Fund.

This dvd was filmed in Sept 2010 at various locations in Co. Clare., Ennistymon, Clahane, Hags Head, and Lahinch. It includes my first exhibition at the Courthouse Gallery, Ennistymon. The theme was the horse Fair. it also shows me at work in Clahane, and Lahinch. 2010 was an exciting year as it shows my work as Art instructor on Cunards World cruise The Queen Mary 2. We visited Capetown, Rio de Janeiro, Barbados, Florida, and New York. Thanks to Fergus Tighe for his professionalism and talent. Hope you enjoy it. Michael
